Tibetan Trom will exchange merchandise purchased in store for alternative store merchandise of the same or lesser value within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Merchandise must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
The original purchase receipt must be presented at the time of the exchange.
Cash or credit returns will not be issued on store merchandise.
